I have made one rare yellow set of pants. I made them after schlepping around collecting gobs of materials and spending a fortune upgrading my blacksmith. They were terrible. Maybe I need to amass much more money and materials so I can afford to churn out nine failures for every one useful item.
On the other hand, I am certain that some people love this. They love to gamble on crafting. This is the game for them. They just don't post on the forum.
Maybe my view with change when I start making millions of gp.
