Next, an unusal computer error involving Necro and no Nortons.

This has only happened twice and only when I'm in Necro's group. I think we can only draw one conclusion from this. That's right. This is what happens when you don't have Nortons on your game machine.
Anyway, when it installed, the game defaulted to 32 channels or voices or diablos or something. I changed it to 64 because I wanted to hear all the grandeur of Leah's speeches. Could be that D3 and RealTek don't see eye to eye on 64 deckards instead of 32. So I changed it back to 32. Reason tells me that it should only crash half as often when I'm in Necro's party.
I toyed with the idea of installing my X-Fi eXtremeGamer sound card, but then I remembered that I had to supply Creative with the serial number, as well as when and where I bought the card, etc. I also remembered all the insane downloading I had to do to get the thing to work.
So I'll keep the onboard sound. Logically, the best thing to do is join Necro's party half as often.
