there was just SOOOO many ways of fucking peoples shit up, everything in the game was deadly and you had many many deadly options that were highly effective and just plain felt badass. and they basically never nerfed anything until the very very end. you would get huge killstreaks for playing good which were soooo damn satisfying. the action was phenomenal and the maps were designed perfectly, there would be lengthy, highly intense close quarter combat sessions that were just fucking ridiculous. i mean destruction EVERYWHERE. nothing will ever come close to being that fun again, it literally was the best game ever and those who shunned it are probably the hugest dumbasses in internet history.
