You may recall the movie
Talk Radio
. The main character has a late-night talk radio show in the D/FW area. He gets his ratings by encouraging all the crazies, iHop drunks, and neo-nazis to call in, and then he insults them viciously on the air. Before that, you get to hear their amazing ideas and opinions. I think they're all on youtube now.
