Reason the RMAH does not work.....
The biggest reason is that there are no "Bind on Equip" weapons or armor. You can wear something and then remove it and sell or trade it to anyone. BOE items mean once you equip it to your character, no one else can use it, ever. What the RMAH is now is endless lists of all the same gear because everyone either wears it until they level out of it or just sells it outright because there are no "Bind on Pickup" items either.
BOE items would make them a more valuable commodity if you are going to ask real money for them. Blizzard should know this. People pay money now for gold in WoW to buy BOE items. There are private WoW servers all over the place that make a living and thrive over having people pay actual money for BOE items.
