in Warrior's Rest or Crypt of the Ancients, whichever one is the straight catwalk to one of the two keys you need to open the Nephalem temple thing.
Anyway, final repair cost: over 11,000 gp and I still didn't win; had to leave the game.
Mental note: stupid affixes = quit and reset early.
