Oh, and help but to think of the SouthPark human centiPad episode reading the guys response from the guy stating he should have read the eula. Good god. Just because there's some stated rule doesn't mean it's not complete bullshit. They might as well throw a clause in there where if you change your underwear, blizzard reserves the right to give your computer a virus, kick your dog, and chew your face off.
