Hmm. I bought some 20% blue gold find gear and farmed Act 2 Nightmare for a little over an hour last night. This paid for the gear and gave me a profit of about 80,000 gp. I estimate that the gear cost about 20-25,000, so that's a potention 100,000 gp per hour in a crappy zone. Of course, this included all the junk I got with Nephalem Valor.
Wow.
Then it dawned on me that I would have to do this for about ten hours to get a million gp.
