AFAIK, the Oppressor charge damage gets applied twice, and is still on the known issues list. All I know is that when they charge me, I never see it coming, but I probably don't know what their wind-up looks like.
I am stuck trying to kill Zoltun Kulle. I can farm act 2 now (solo at least). It's still not easy, but I can fill up my pack without dying too much. Some combos are impossible for me (molten jailing waller arcane as an example), but that's because my resists are still to low.
I finally figured out what the "elective mode" for skills was (LULZ), and I dumped the Wrath of the Bezerker for something I can use 100% of the time without a 1.5 minute cooldown.
