Unfortunately, that is true if you are cherry picking merchandise. I only use what I find or one of you guys gives me. Most of the advice is also predicated on HP and armor I do not have, so I need to balance it out. I'd like some LOH to be sure, but I need to find the right one. I can't go back to 600 dps weapon.
I have taken a Stalinist approach to all stats: not one step backwards.
