It does work okay when trying to evade ground damage like molten, plague, arcane. However, because elites and champions might as well have no cooldown for their affixes (minions and all champion pack members can rotate/spam their walls, jails, frozen damage, etc.), Teleport becomes utterly worthless. Also, it doesn't work when mobs plant 87 walls on top of your character, or when both elites and trash mobs surround you in a big crowd.
Worthless skill is worthless.
