Teleport for sure. Sometimes Diamond Skin. Jail is a pretty weak CC affix. Even mortar monsters miss you most of the time; the melee ones can't seem to find you. Fast elites with invulnerable minions are a different story, and in that case it doesn't matter what escape skill you use -- you just hope your Diamond Skin holds out while you beat the boss over the head with a stick.
Frozen and vortex are much, much worse "defense" affixes. Invulnerable minions, vortex, arcane, <insert whatever else here> = adios and enjoy the repair bill.
