Privacy is one concern, if there are options to turn stuff off I might consider it. I hate the constant downloading of crap. They try to hide it. They make it hard to turn off. Even if you do turn it off, it still downloads crap.
Valve takes advantage of the mostly brain dead society. It reminds me of AOL.
