Good job, Bili. I know nothing about laptops, but that looks like it has gizmos related to the desktop stuff I keep hearing about. If you can keep it cool and get a mouse and some headphones, I would say you're good to go.
Games you should get on there immediately:
Blood
Diablrah 3
Orcs Must Die 2
Deus Ex: Human Revolution
Mount & Blade: Warband
Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim (Morrowind is better, but you have to be a computer genius like me to get it running smoothly)
These will do for a start.
