Act 3 Inferno. Had time to play for a few minutes. Fought to first pack of elites. No arcane sentrys, just snare and frost globes. It was a hard fight but I killed them. Like that patch notes say, the elite packs are still hard but at least not impossible like before. Normal mobs have more hp and are a little harder, but not much.
