exactly. THey get 1000 per year book stipend. If he could just buy regular versions he would be well within his 500 per semester limit. Instead he's being bent over.
He's chill about it though. It pales in comparison to how he got lied to by the recruiter and wound up taking shrapnel from an IED instead of working on jet engines in Germany
