Guardians, sadly, seem to be a big negative after about wave 25.
Some people are reporting success with void walls and those DLC teleporter things near the rift. Also, the pros seem to use the "more coins" and trap reset trinkets. All spam mushrooms because after a while the mobs become immortal and will only die if other mobs kill them while they're charmed. Nutso.
