Interesting that they appear to be using the Winchester M1866 rifle, which seems about right for the period. Barely right. The tech was fairly common, but it was still rather early in the transition to the rimfire cartridge, so I wonder how many of those guys would have actually used Henrys and Winchesters. Maybe the railroad bought the latest stuff for them. The Indians must have had good networking. It happened.
