The pvp in this game is lame as hell because of the way the mod is designed, you can basically ghost walk your way past any defenses by quitting and joining an empty server, walking to where you want to be, then rejoining whatever server you were originally playing in. This way you can literally walk up to a sniper nest and smoke the poor bastards with a pistol right as you spawn.
The only reason I can run that pile of mods without problems is because I run the server, since it's just 3 of us we don't need too much bandwidth nor beefy hardware. I was toying with the idea of putting up a proper 20 - 30 player one if demand on the Steam group I'm on was high enough but I don't think it is, and I'd like to wait until at least the standalone version is released.
