Of course, if your advice was for someone who couldn't afford a house in the first place, then you should have just come out and said, "If you can't afford a house, buying a house is not necassarily a good decision." We would have all then thrown you a party with hats and popcorn for being bestowed with more wisdom than anyone on the planet. JERK!
