RE: What is wrong with you assholes?
What you fail to understand, is that
1.) I'm not worried about losing the house
and
2.) When I buy one, it's going to be my long term house. I'm not going to hop around from house to house upgrading, but rather just save a shitload up so I can get what I want the first time around.
With that said, it makes PERFECT sense to put a larger downpayment down so I'm paying less a month on it. Paying less a month = creating a new savings a lot faster. What your original advice was, was that putting a bigger downpayment on it wasn't a good idea yet putting a smaller one down is going to mean living from check to check because of a larger monthly payment.
IMO, it's better to NOT be living from check to check by clearing out the majority of my savings, then being able to rebound faster on creating a new one because I'll barely be paying on it a month. So yes, again, you made no fucking sense at all from my perspective because I'm not as fucking dumb as you where I'm going to buy something I can't afford in the first place, BITCH
