"Well, we don't like the word 'fail.' We don't think we failed. We just moved from one model to another -- you know, from this server queue thing to re-thinking the whole project. We see it as an exciting learning experience, and we hope our fans had a great time. They're REALLY going to love what we're cooking up next."
