"01-10-09 (10:00 pm) Well, the verdict is in and it is 24 counts of guilty. I have to admit that I’ve had better days.
As my lawyer said, “It ain’t about the truth, it’s about evidence.” And the evidence proved that (A) the story given changed during each of her statements, (B) they pulled lingerie out of my room, and (C) crying on the stand gets you where you want.
Personally, I made a few tactical errors that tied my lawyer’s hands a little, but I honestly thought that I was doing the right thing and protecting someone that I care about.
Now, sentencing is set for February 27 and I’m expecting to get somewhere over 80 years. I plan on appealing, but that takes years.
Now, as to the case itself, trial, and any other details, I won’t be discussing them here. I will (eventually) publish my real name and address in prison should anyone wish to write. At that time, you’ll be able to look up the details of the charges.
Sorry if this disappoints, but that’s the best I can do."
