You're a trip, BF. I approve nearly all of your posts except the ones designed only to be personally insulting, and I usually let most of those through, too, if they're funny.
If I don't approve everything immediately it's because my forum sucks and held posts are only called to my attention when I refresh the page (there's no AJAX notification of moderated posts).
Anyway, you've got your free haven for everything right here. MBM was never really intended to be a trollfest, just a troll boutique.
