Also, I will not forget that the gnoll hunter wave in West Wing is 22, not 19. Also, I think I might try spring traps to disrupt the water monsters. This worked extremely well in the Double Decker level.
The problem, really, is money. There must be a way to use coin forges without sacrificing too much damage. The old "boom barrel dispenser/decoy strategy on the coin forge" trick may not work because the halls are so wide. Clearly, I must begin experimentation.
