I never buy DLC ever. It is a scam and the content is made by the developer's uncle and 2 interns. The dialog is always obviously a different writer, the art direction never matches, and the "added features" always break the game.
I know this because I sometimes accidentally get DLC packs as part of a purchase.
B2 is genuinely funny IMO but it is kind of a flat gameplay experience. Mostly because the leveling is flat and the super badasses are mostly just the same mesh scaled up 2x.
Also, if you don't do all the side missions, the loot levels up too fast and you can't use any of it.
