As I recall, ILA and I did this after figuring out that the monsters can't be slowed down, so we used a lot of brimstone and little or no tar. Unfortunately, tar or some other slowing agent is necessary in single-player, unless you use the Nananea method -- physics + a decoy + tremendous damage. <- not easy to get going at first.
