There's also a whoopdedoo "HD" graphics port for Duke, but I think it looks crappy.
As far as I'm concerned, if you just want to replay the Build games in SP, your best bet is probably buying them from GOG. They do all the DOSBox configuring for you and usually put in the expansions, soundtracks, and other goodies. Their DOSBoxed Blood is predictably ugly on a big widescreen monitor, but it works right out of the "box." The notoriously temperamental expansions work, too.
