Update:
In my campaign to solo endless, I got to wave 52 (I think) in Caldera before things got silly and 78 million ogres and earth lords trampled me. Same thing happened in Breakneck Triad, only earlier. I believe the end occurred in wave 45. Not terrible for a hopeless mine map. (I did not die in Caldera, but I did get killed once in Breakneck Triad -- wave 43 -- by a giant army of gnoll hunters. There was no place to hide)
