There is no fiber rollout. There's only trials with less than a hundred people signed up on it. At the end of this year it will be more like less than a thousand. They don't have the infrastructure to support a rollout to the entire city, let alone, a suburb where a majority of the residents would be willing to sign up.
The whole thing is basically one giant advertisement for their Nexus 7 tablet. Don't look for a mass rollout in 5-10 years, because it's not coming.
In other words, quit getting your news from retards off social media.
