dogbreath, you cant seem to grasp realistic concept,
the adrenaline buff can do many things of things. realistically the buff is cast during pvp encounters where a mortality check is made. you get -50 to accuracy, +200 hp, +100 increased block and stun recovery and depending on your character type a +/- 50 to speed. 9mm p++ ammo only offers a slight dmg bonus with the rest wasted in FCR. the 40cal addresses these adrediline bonuses directly
