this is so far my latest, which will be FULLY complete at 87, dont forget to trace the nodes leading to the very center of the entire map and take note of them
this exact build doesnt waste a single passive, each uses the shortest and best route to things.
ive also determined what end game support gems to use with icepear, which require dex aside from int, fortunately this build is PACKED with dex. there is also unused +30 dex node directly linked and ready to go
main engame item will be a 6L BBBGGG vaal regalia with icespear running on cold penetration(-cold res directly tied on skill), faster projectiles (+projectile speed and dmg), faster casting (large fcr bonus + dmg on quality), increased crit damage(+102% at gem lvl 16) and lesser multiple projectiles with no dmg penalty at gem lvl 16
havent decided on what 2 non expiring endless curses to stack, i believe one will be critical weakness for sure, or a combo of elemental weekness + frostbite which is ANOTHER elemental weakness, or maybe even something entirely different... temporal chains is also useful. and yes you can have 2 curses negating cold resistances ontop of a skill gem that uses cold penetration for massive penetrations.
this build is looking at PHENOMENAL ranged cast projectile dmg, with the defense to back up all that dps in HC
the dps alone is noteworthy, but the fact its a ranged attack makes it crazy op. this kind of dps should be concentrated to single hit melee type attacks only.
