str is virtually not required here, a meager level one spell totem running a 3L or 4L icespear chain is more than enough to suffice for dps crowd control, speaking of which minion fodder is still not entirely excluded via life support gems post lv87 passives... if this character manages to hit 89 or 90, the 2 or 3 extra passives should be spent on lord of the dead plus a single int node leading to doomcast, then doomcast itself. or depending on gears you can substitute any of this for that +30 dex node, which may or may not be required. 104 base dex with no gear is plenty enough for required gems.
