Thank god the state took over. In my opinion they could sell the entire city to Subway and it'd be in better hands than the incompetent corrupt assholes who let it get this bad in the first place. Just bulldoze that armpit. But not before I get a bunch of pictures of people trying to protest and fight over garbage.
