To give you an idea of how desolate some of the "residential" areas are, there was at one time a kickstarter project for an outdoor zombie simulation laser tag arena that spanned a square mile of the city. They could have done it because there literally isn't enough people in the area to be bothered by it. I kind of wish it would have happened. Nobody else is doing anything with the land. I could roll down there right now and just burn a few acres to stay warm if I felt inclined.
