missed two block chance clusters,
this is one of those builds that need high level to complete
native block chance will be at 51% when what weapon artistry node is hit over by the ranger passives. then the rest going to leather and steel cluser way down south west, which i had to remove. also the two remaining evasion passives right of that 30% node...
if this build can possible hit level 87 88 or 89, it would be something to fear
