ok so far i got:
New vegas + all DLC
+ update 7
+ NV script extender
+ NVEC/NVCE complete (hugest mod there is, over 1.2gb compressed)
- project nevada (no EVE compatibility patch for latest version. essential visual expansion is included in the NVEC)
+ a world of pain w/ voice files
+ improved wasteland spawns
+ enhanced shaders lite
+ nevada skies v6 (not 7)
+ shrapnel 4.1 (uber weapon mod)
+ interior lighting overhaul (major improvement)
+ 4GB patch
+ texture optimize
+/- monster wars... still havent decided on it
