It's nothing like Stalker, quit being a retard. You couldn't even get anywhere in that game, and that was on easy mode.
The things that screwed up Fallout were VATS and the shitty Bethesda fps mechanics. I doubt you installed any mods to fix that.
Installing some fursuit texture packs, a wastelander dildo launcher add-on, and rainbow moon lens flares doesn't make the game better.
