I knew a security guard at a casino. He got chewed out one day because someone died while playing the slot machine and they sat there basically all day. His excuse for not catching it soon enough was that it wasn't uncommon for people to either fall asleep at machines, or to wear diapers and shit themselves because they didn't want to leave so someone else could win at their machine.
