It was not my uncle, but a friends; but for as long as I've know them, he may as well have been family.
You have a history of doing this, and I seriously doubt your dog requires immediate surgery. However, I was not aware you were selling anything or refunding if surgery was not required. I don't know if you just added that part or I missed it. I assumed this was just a knee jerk reaction to a bill you did not want to pay. And I'm still not entirely convinced otherwise.
That being said, while I don't believe I specifically said anything libelous, I'm willing to withdraw those comments.
