Vet never mentioned whatever test it is you're talking about. I'll ask him about it. I've been losing confidence in this vet for awhile now, but they're way cheaper than the vet in the center of town. They've gotten plenty of our money over this dog already, that's for sure.
Why would they take an x-ray at all? I guess to rule out fracture, etc. She fell down a flight of stairs without backers and I think she caught her leg between two steps on the way down and probably hung from it for a few moments. I only saw the evidence of the fall, not the fall itself (drool on the stairs and pawprints, hardly conclusive stuff).
Molly has hip dysplasia and I've been told that if she keeps hopping around on one rear leg she's gonna blow the other knee.
