Yeah as mentioned above, how you're responding to the situation is more entertaining than the situation itself. You're overly defensive and trying to attack, or lay on the guilt trip, or whatever it is you're doing with me. You must be shocked to learn that I don't equate my mother's life to that of a sick dogs.
Anyways, try not to be so butt hurt over it. I'm sorry you're in the situation. Animals are not easy to care for and it's rough when your best friend gets sick but not considered a real family member for insurance to help with. You can probably get more donations if you act less like a douche.
