He seemed to indicate that the hip dysplasia was mild or not very far progressed yet, BUT he also said the x-rays were for the leg and so he was only gleaning what he could about the hips from images not suited to the purpose.
Sorry again about your dog, Bili. That was a really rough story and I don't blame you for not being over it yet. :(
