RE: dropped off Molly for surgery this morning
Surgery went well, although it was delayed until mid afternoon which pisses me off a bit, I'd have preferred not to have her kenneled needlessly all morning with no pain meds. I'm picking her up in a couple of hours now that she's had an overnight stay and should be well out from under the apparently massive dose of anesthesia they gave her. I'm not quite clear on why they give her enough to knock her out for half a day, but I guess that's SOP.
We can't afford doggy rehab, so they're giving us a schedule of at-home physical therapy and when to return to X or Y activity level.
