What kind of fish?
Do you have a battery bubbler?
If you have a chiller and it's not running, float some bags of ice (if you can get ice), or if you have a heater and it's not running, float some hot water. It's better than nothing. You can also cover the tank with a blanket.
If you have no battery bubbler, remove a bunch of the water and then pour it back in from a foot or two above the tank to aerate it at least a little.
