Turn off hotkey support in the 430 driver settings, disable multi desktop bullshit.

Then go in and set a custom resolution preset to the proper native specs for the monitor and force it. Disable any auto-detection of monitors (make sure it is manual detect only). If your monitor EDID is effed up, the 430 will blindly accept what it is given and essentially use out-of-range value.
