How does it jibe? Not at all? The problem is that there are several different case numbers that got merged at trial, and I can't be arsed to follow them all up at present.
There was a warrant delivered for him on indictment in September, he waived the reading of it in early October, when he was given house arrest. Before that I'd have to check the other charges individually to see if he was actually in custody.
