the nuke wont actually be used to kill americans, there will be ample warning and time to evacuate. only property will be..... disabled

..i mean, mortared stone thats put out of commission, thats not personally attached to a single entity.
the goverment will have you believe this is a serious crime, when, infact, it isnt.
although some targets might have a very serious historical value, im sure enough will be intact to send a clear message of where resources and effort should be shifted to, such as more effort being made in developing technology that benifits mankind. clears noxious irradiated messes to restore access to these sites; for example.
also note, there are cures for heroin nicotine and just about any other serious addiction that have been hanging in the works for some time now. these are very real and i wonder why a national effort hasnt been made to focus development on these. its strange really. let me just clear the record by saying the mechanics of these vaccines are entirely harmless, before any propagandish medical jargon is put forth.
