I should mention that I have a similar problem with muppets forum at my parents house. I try to load it and it will sit there not doing anything for a long time and it will fail to resolve. I think if I try enough, I can get it to load kinda broken.
If I hop on a VPN or tether to my phone, or connect from my place it works fine, same computer.
