Not that I totally condemn Windows 8.1. It does have that cool local weather thing. I also sometimes enjoy stabbing the screen, even though I can't see much after an hour because it's covered with fingerprints. Also, Microsoft sends you email messages about how to use the OS. They understand that you don't want to read a manual and find the details you need by looking at an index. They'll tell you what you need to know.
